Michelle Buhle’s practice areas include assisting businesses with incorporation and organization, shareholder and operating agreements, corporate governance, business purchase and sales, commercial real estate sales transactions and leasing, and business contract preparation and review; Prior to being admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2007, Ms Buhle was a paralegal with Winick & Gallaher, P.C. for 7 years, and had acquired over 15 years of experience in legal support and law firm administrative and management services. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Organization Management and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the DuPage County Bar Association.
