Kevin Gallaher has assisted owners of small to mid-size businesses with every aspect of their operations for nearly thirty years. He has extensive knowledge of and experience with contracts, leases, employee matters, financing, franchise agreements, intellectual property, etc. Kevin further concentrates his law practice in corporate governance and business succession issues encountered by businesses owners, including the tax consequences that arise from multiple situations. Kevin has litigated numerous business disputes involving breaches of contracts, and between shareholders and directors, partners, and members of limited liability companies. Kevin also has an extensive background in all aspects of real estate law. He has represented numerous real estate developers throughout the Chicago area on zoning and development issues, purchases and sales of real estate, leases, and complex financing transactions.

In addition to practicing as an attorney, Kevin served four terms on the Naperville City Council. As a result, he has represented clients before many Federal, State and local governing bodies and agencies dealing with a multitude of governmental and regulatory issues that have arisen. Kevin is a life-long area resident and currently resides In Naperville with his wife and children. He can often be found on the local baseball diamonds and basketball courts coaching his children.
