Biography: John Lamb has been a commercial and civil litigation attorney for over twenty (20) years. His litigation practice has included bench and jury trials in all levels of State and Federal Trial Courts, as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution processes, involving commercial and business contracts, corporate governance and closely held business disputes, general partnerships, limited liability companies and partnerships rights, landlord/tenant disputes, lease rights, real property title, liens and boundary disputes, insurance defense and coverage issues, title insurance defense (for owners and lenders), estate contests, as well as state and federal court appeals. Mr. Lamb's practice has also included the counseling of business and individual clients regarding business start-ups, asset purchases, vendor and supplier contracts, risk management assessments of business operations and personal assets, corporate, partnership and business governance, lease negotiations, and zoning appeals. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar, the Trial Bar of Federal District Court of the Northern District of Illinois, and the Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals.
